1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using GazeVault, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. GazeVault is a tool to assist in privacy, but we cannot guarantee security if your device passcode is compromised.

3. Data Loss

GazeVault stores data locally. If you delete the app without backing up your photos, your data will be permanently lost. We are not liable for any loss of data.

4. Subscriptions

GazeVault offers a Pro subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
